RealD 3D and motion sickness: what it really does

RealD 3D is the system behind most 3D showings: circularly polarized projection with passive glasses feeding each eye a different image. The sickness mechanism is well described: the vergence-accommodation conflict, where your eyes converge on depths in front of or behind the screen while focusing at the screen itself.
