Cancellation Policy

How to stop recurring Dizzout subscription charges and what happens after cancellation.

Updated Version 1.1Kinda Smart Inc.

You may cancel your recurring Dizzout subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals once it takes effect. Premium access normally continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. The instructions below depend on where you purchased your subscription.

1. Scope

This policy covers recurring subscriptions purchased through a Dizzout website checkout, Apple App Store or Google Play. Dizzout is operated by Kinda Smart Inc. If you are unsure where you purchased, check your receipt or contact our support team.

2. Website purchases

For a subscription purchased directly through a Dizzout website and processed by Stripe, contact our support team to request cancellation.

Email support@dizzout.com from the address you used at checkout. Use the subject line Cancel subscription and include your purchasing email address and the date or amount of your latest charge. A receipt or order reference, if available, can help us locate the subscription. Do not send your full card number, security code or password.

Send your request before the next scheduled renewal. We recommend contacting us at least 24 hours in advance when you need help by email, so there is time to locate your subscription. This recommendation does not limit any cancellation rights you have under applicable law.

We will confirm when your cancellation has been processed and state the effective cancellation date and when your premium access ends. Keep the confirmation for your records. If you cannot use the purchasing email address, tell us so we can help verify the purchase.

3. Apple App Store purchases

If Apple billed you, manage the subscription with Apple. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, select Subscriptions, choose Dizzout and select Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial, as applicable. Follow the remaining instructions. Dizzout cannot cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf.

4. Google Play purchases

If Google Play billed you, open Google Play, select your profile, then Payments & subscriptions and Subscriptions. Choose Dizzout, select Cancel subscription and follow the instructions. Make sure you use the Google account associated with the purchase. Dizzout cannot cancel a Google Play subscription on your behalf.

5. What happens after cancellation

Future charges.
Once cancellation takes effect, your subscription will not renew for another billing period.
Premium access.
Premium access normally remains available until the end of your current paid period, unless it ends earlier under the Terms of Use or the applicable app store rules.
Refunds.
Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for unused time. Refund eligibility is determined by our Refund Policy and applicable law. For Apple or Google Play purchases, the store handles refund requests.
Your account.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your account or personal information.

6. Deleting the app or your account

Uninstalling Dizzout or requesting account deletion does not itself cancel a recurring subscription, whether you purchased on our website or through an app store. Cancel through the purchase channel described above. Personal data deletion requests are handled separately under our Privacy Policy.

7. A charge after a cancellation attempt

If you are charged after you tried to cancel a direct website subscription, contact support@dizzout.com promptly. Include the purchasing email address, when and how you requested cancellation, any confirmation you received, and the date and amount of the charge. We will investigate and assess any refund under our Refund Policy and applicable law.

For an Apple App Store or Google Play charge, use the store's support and refund process. You can also contact Dizzout if you need help identifying your purchase channel.

8. Failed payments and earlier charges

Cancellation does not remove valid charges already incurred before its effective date. If a payment fails, access may be limited or suspended and the payment provider may retry an amount already due, as disclosed at checkout or by that provider. Your rights to challenge incorrect charges are unaffected.

9. Policy updates and consumer rights

We may update this policy when our billing tools, services or legal requirements change. We will show the revised date and provide any notice required by law. An update does not remove rights you have under the terms applicable to your purchase or mandatory consumer protection law.
