What it costs

Downloading the app costs nothing. Full access needs one of the plans below. Prices are in US dollars.

Store prices and availability can change by market. Whatever the store or the checkout page shows before you pay is the amount you are charged.

When you are charged

You can buy in three places: the Dizzout website checkout (processed by Stripe), the Apple App Store or Google Play. Your receipt says which one, and that decides how you cancel.

• The quiz behind the buttons on this site is free. It ends with a plan and a checkout page, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan and complete the checkout.
• Before you pay, the checkout shows the plan, the amount due today, how often it bills, the currency and any discount.
• A subscription renews at the interval and price shown at checkout until you cancel. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• A promotional price applies only for its stated period. The renewal price is shown with the offer.
• $3.99 for 15 listens is a one-off purchase. It does not renew.

How to cancel

Cancel in the place you paid. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription, and Dizzout cannot cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription for you.

Apple App Store

On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Choose Dizzout and tap Cancel Subscription. Apple's cancellation steps

Open Google Play with the Google account you paid with, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Choose Dizzout and tap Cancel subscription. Google's cancellation steps

Dizzout website

Email support@dizzout.com from the address you used at checkout, with the subject line “Cancel subscription”. Include the date or amount of your latest charge. Never send your card number, security code or password. We confirm the date the cancellation takes effect and when your access ends.

After you cancel, the subscription does not renew, and your access normally continues until the end of the period you already paid for. The full rules are in the Cancellation Policy.

Refunds

Cancelling does not refund unused time by itself. How to ask for a refund depends on where you paid.

• Dizzout website: an eligible purchase has a 30-day refund window. Email support@dizzout.com with the subject “Refund request” within 30 calendar days of the charge, and include the charge date, the amount and the plan. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method, and your bank can take about 5 to 10 business days to show it.
• Apple App Store: Apple decides refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple's refund steps
• Google Play: Google decides refunds. Request one from your Google Play order history. Google's refund steps
