Information We Do Collect (Anonymized Data)
The only data we collect is anonymized listening time. This means we track the duration for which the audio sessions are played within the App. This information is collected in an aggregated and anonymous manner, meaning it cannot be linked back to any individual user.
How We Use This Anonymized Data
The anonymized listening time data is used solely for the following purposes:
- To understand how often the core features of the App are used.
- To improve the App’s functionality and user experience.
- For internal analytics and reporting to help us maintain and enhance the App.
This data helps us ensure the App is working effectively and allows us to focus our development efforts on features that users find most valuable.
Subscriptions
DizzOut offers optional subscription plans (e.g., monthly and yearly) to access premium features. All payments for subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store. We do not collect or store any of your payment information, such as credit card details. Your payment transactions are subject to Apple’s App Store terms and privacy policy.
Data Sharing
As we do not collect personal data, we do not share any personal data with third parties. The anonymized and aggregated listening time data may be used for our internal purposes as described above but is not shared in a way that could identify any individual.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the anonymized data we collect. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
Children’s Privacy
DizzOut is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or the relevant age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a child, we will take steps to delete it.
