The studies behind our verdicts
Every motion-sickness trial cited anywhere in our remedy verdicts, in one table: 24 citations across 19 remedies, each linked to the primary record and marked by whether it supports or undercuts the remedy it tests. Verdicts only count research on motion sickness specifically — not nausea in general — and we list the negative results as prominently as the positive ones.

What has never been tested
Just as important as the table above: no published motion-sickness trial exists for closing your eyes, fresh air, eating before you travel, essential oils, sniffing an alcohol swab, vitamin b6, green apples, ice and cold packs. Where you see those remedies recommended, the evidence is borrowed from other kinds of nausea or from anecdote — each has its own honest write-up in the verdict index.
