The camera follows P in third person, and Lies of P adds motion blur and camera shake on top. Seeking Tech reports that motion blur is on by default and that Camera Shake is on by default too. The Camera tab also holds two camera speed sliders, so turning the camera more slowly is one more change you can make. The field of view is the one thing the menus do not offer.
