Why Hunt: Showdown 1896 can trigger motion sickness
You see the world through the hunter's eyes, so every step and turn moves the whole picture. Crytek's 2021 notes said consoles had a wide base field of view without the standard slider, and added Default or Zoom choices for the lowered and shoulder-aim views on all platforms. Motion blur has its own setting, and Crytek had to fix a bug where Super Resolution amplified and distorted it.
- First-person movement with no head bob or camera shake switch that we could find
- Zoom choices for the lowered and shoulder-aim views, which narrow the view
- Motion blur, which patch notes show was amplified and distorted when Super Resolution was on

On PC, yes. Update 6.1 added an FOV slider in May 2019. Crytek's 2021 notes said consoles did not have the standard slider, though every platform got Lowered State FOV and Shoulder Aim FOV options. This page could not confirm whether consoles have the slider in Hunt: Showdown 1896.

Yes. Crytek's Update 2.2 notes describe a fix for an issue where enabling Super Resolution would amplify and distort motion blur. We could not confirm the menu path, so look in the graphics settings.
Is there a head bob setting in Hunt: Showdown 1896?
We found none in the sources we checked. The patch notes mention weapon sway fixes but no player-facing switch for head bob or camera shake.
