MAX is the newer of the two Bonine boxes and the reason the brand has a lineup at all. FDA records list it under NDC 65197-520 as a chewable meclizine hydrochloride tablet, white, round, 8 mm, with no score and the imprint BMX, sold as a carton of two blisters of eight. The label carries the same warnings as the 25 mg product, so the difference is strength, flavour and the one tablet instruction, not a different set of cautions.

What the label says about timing

The label says the dose should be taken one hour before travel starts, and that the tablet must be chewed or crushed completely before swallowing. It is once daily for adults and children 12 and over. We do not provide dosing instructions: read the carton and ask a pharmacist, particularly when moving between the 25 mg and 50 mg boxes.
